Pack Mule was fantastic! They gave me a reasonable quote and worked with me (from 4 hours away) for a date within a week’s notice. Moving day, Ty and Alain were right on time, were so nice and friendly, worked efficiently, and were so careful with the furniture. They were a great team, and they were awesome to work with because they were so knowledgeable about their job. Ty gave wonderful suggestions for maximizing the space to place the furniture when we asked for advice. They went the extra mile for us, even making sure that the reassembly of some furniture was done correctly. They even put the sheets and comforter back on the beds! They were very professional, and they were so energetic and enthusiastic that it made the move less stressful. We cannot thank them and Pack Mule enough for everything!
