Highly recommend for any move! I’ve used other movers in the past, which did not go well, and I was nervous for this move, but pack mule moving was organized, professional, and the movers on the day of were absolutely amazing!!!!!

The initial phone call to inquire about setting up this move was made very easy. Price is very fair. Communication prior to the move was excellent. Then the most wonderful young men showed up and made this move the easiest we have experienced. Just wanted to thank Andrew and Dustin Perry for the positive attitudes, very quick work, and for showing respect and kindness to our cherished belongings and our home. Way to go guys! I'd never consider another moving company.

This moving group is totally awesome!!! They went above and beyond moving us to our new house. Very courteous and respective of our needs. We had a LOT OF HEAVY FURNITURE to move. They had us moved out of our old house and into the new house 2 miles down the road in less than 8 hours. The guys only took a lunch break. No loitering, wasting time or bad language After we got moved in they asked if we needed anything moved to another spot Highly recommend this group and will definitely use them again if I ever have to move. Courteous Respectful Trustworthy group of guys. They kept at it until the job was done! Would give 10 stars if I could ! Hire them you won’t be disappointed

The guys were amazing. Super nice. We had to use twice in a month for a move. Showed up on time and were very professional. Wrapped all the furniture and electronics. They were very careful with all objects. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having to move.

Jeremiah and Howard spent 3 hot humid hours unloading our 20 ft moving truck with speed and efficiency. They were courteous and offered to go the extra mile by putting our furniture right where we wanted it. Even moving the bed over three inches for a better fit and rearranging the other bedrooms furniture to make the flow better. They worked around a public use elevator and never stopped working. My husband and I were very impressed. When we move again they will be our first call. Also it was a holiday weekend and they showed up right on time. Thanks guys!

I’ve used Pack Mule twice now to move antique furniture that is very sentimental to us. Both times the items were treated with care and consideration. Really appreciated the hard work and efforts. Would recommend.

Pack Mule Moving packed and moved us from Kentucky to Ohio. I called and talked to Brandon and he came out that week to give us an estimate. He was able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Howard and Jeremiah came out and helped us get everything done as quickly and easily as possible. They are experienced, hard-working, and trustworthy. They are also kind. They went above and beyond what we expected. Antique furniture was wrapped in a layer of moving blankets, taped tightly together, then covered in cling wrap. When they unloaded everything, they padded the front door and trim around the door with blankets so they wouldn’t be scratched. We had one table still in the box from Wayfair and they even put it together for us! Moving is never fun, but they made it as easy as possible.

Brandon Roberts & crew are true professionals. They were punctual, handled everything with great care and were courteous throughout. The loading/packing was extremely efficient and the move was seamless. Nothing was damaged as our 26’ truck was loaded efficiently, securely & every item strategically placed and properly balanced. The truck was packed so well, everyone complimented how well it was packed when unloading at my new location. Highly recommended Pack Mule Moving!
