Brandon was amazing!. Not only wrapped everything, but loaded the unit with great care, and packed everything so well, there will be no shifting. I was so impressed with his professionalism and friendly spirit that I booked him for unloading before he left. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Used Pack Mule twice. We needed to move living room and dining room furniture upstairs while the floor was getting redone and then move it all back about 10 days after the floors were finished. They did a great job carrying the heavy wood mid-century furniture up and down the stairs without damaging the walls or handrail. They were particularly thoughtful putting down pads and rugs over the newly refinished floors to set down the furniture temporarily and helped us put felt pads on every leg to avoid floor scratches. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I recently moved and hired Pack Mule Moving to do the heavy lifting. Brandon and his crew were polite, respectful, and professional. All of the furniture, regardless of how fragile, was professionally wrapped and handled with care. I've used many movers over the years and this is by far the best. The initial phone call to inquire about setting up this move was made very easy. Price is very fair. Communication prior to the move was excellent. Then the most wonderful young men showed up and made this move the easiest we have experienced. Just wanted to thank Andrew and Dustin Perry for the positive attitudes, very quick work, and for showing respect and kindness to our cherished belongings and our home. Way to go guys! I'd never consider another moving company.
