We used Brandon and his crew to move the furniture out of our rooms onto his trailer so that our hardwood floors could be refinished. They were on time, fast, and reasonably priced! The move went so smooth! When the time comes to move again, I will not hesitate to get them to come back....You guys were awesome!

We’ve used this group twice now and they have been on time, hard working and professional. Howard and Jeremiah came both times and they were courteous and hardworking. We expect our final move in Spring and we will again call Pack Mule.

I highly recommend Pack Mule Moving for various reasons. First and foremost my personal situation was an immediate need that the owner went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were extremely professional and executed all variations in a timely manner! Thank you Pack Mule Moving! I will most certainly use your company for any future moves and refer to all family and friends!!

Highly recommend! They really helped us out of a difficult situation in moving our new (261-lb.) double-sink vanity into our remodeled bathroom from our garage, plus arrived the same day we called to ask about if they could assist. They seemed very experienced and had the right equipment, plus took care & added padding to prevent damaging vanity, flooring, door frames, walls, etc.

Brandon and his crew are amazing! We have used them twice and would recommend them for any job big or small. They showed up on time, we’re extremely careful and completed the job in a timely manner. Our first move we had to store everything in a storage unit they helped us organize the storage unit so that everything would fit in one unit which was great because it saved us money. Our second move we moved into our new house. The movers were so careful not to hit our walls or doors. I really appreciated how respectful the movers are. They were careful with our items and our home. I have already recommended them to several family members and friends

Pack Mule Moving gave us the best moving experience we had and we’ve moved A LOT I’ve the years. They were efficient, professional, and friendly to work with. None of my belongings were damaged and everything was moved in an organized way. I highly recommend utilizing their services for your next move! Brandon takes great care of his customers.

I’m qualified to review Pack Mules based on my most recent experience which was critical for our family’s cross-country move to the Seattle, WA area. It all started with my initial phone call to Pack Mules. Brandon answered (on the weekend AND at the lake) and he walked me through their whole process. Sufficed to say, he put me on the schedule to load our U-Haul, and we made it to WA as planned without a single broken item. As others have stated, my experience using Pack Mules was nothing short of exceptional. They were very efficient, helpful and did an overall perfect job. If you have read this review in its entirety and are still questioning a solid, honest moving company, read on no more…you’ve found your solution.

I had to move for relocation for my company, I didn't get to choose my movers. But I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Pack Mule Moving. They arrived on time, confirmed with me multiple times where and when I needed help, and we're such professionals. They ensured that belongings were packed right, packed tight, and that I had all my questions answered. Even making suggestions when my truck sprung a leak (worst feeling ever), they arranged things in the truck to cause the minimal amount of damage. I would highly recommend, Brandon runs the whole operation and you can count on him.

Needed to move two couches and most other places was a very expensive two hour minimum and three weeks out. This company was responsive, came to me quickly, moved professionally, and was very good pricing. For moving I highly suggest

Pack Mule were simply outstanding. They helped me move a two-bedroom apartment's worth of furniture and items into a third-floor condo unit on probably the hottest day of the year, and they did it with great friendliness and efficiency, despite these difficult factors. Brandon was a great communicator from the get-go, checking in with me pre-move and arriving on time, fully prepared. I will continue to recommend Pack Mule to EVERYONE in the Louisville area in need of moving services, and they can count me as a return customer for sure.

My girlfriend and I just bought a home. I found Pack Mule and boy am I glad I did ! These guys were the most professional part of the entire house buying process. Brandon coordinated with me every step of the way and set my mind at ease and really gave me confidence that the move was going to go without any issues. The move was seamless the gentlemen that arrived were courteous, professional and HARD WORKING. If you need a mover call these guys and make your life easier . I’m recommending them to a family member myself.
