I’m qualified to review Pack Mules based on my most recent experience which was critical for our family’s cross-country move to the Seattle, WA area. It all started with my initial phone call to Pack Mules. Brandon answered (on the weekend AND at the lake) and he walked me through their whole process. Sufficed to say, he put me on the schedule to load our U-Haul, and we made it to WA as planned without a single broken item. As others have stated, my experience using Pack Mules was nothing short of exceptional. They were very efficient, helpful and did an overall perfect job. If you have read this review in its entirety and are still questioning a solid, honest moving company, read on no more…you’ve found your solution.

I had to move for relocation for my company, I didn't get to choose my movers. But I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Pack Mule Moving. They arrived on time, confirmed with me multiple times where and when I needed help, and we're such professionals. They ensured that belongings were packed right, packed tight, and that I had all my questions answered. Even making suggestions when my truck sprung a leak (worst feeling ever), they arranged things in the truck to cause the minimal amount of damage. I would highly recommend, Brandon runs the whole operation and you can count on him.

Needed to move two couches and most other places was a very expensive two hour minimum and three weeks out. This company was responsive, came to me quickly, moved professionally, and was very good pricing. For moving I highly suggest

They helped me move a two-bedroom apartment's worth of furniture and items into a third-floor condo unit on probably the hottest day of the year, and they did it with great friendliness and efficiency, despite these difficult factors. Brandon was a great communicator from the get-go, checking in with me pre-move and arriving on time, fully prepared. My girlfriend and I just bought a home. I found Pack Mule and boy am I glad I did ! These guys were the most professional part of the entire house buying process. Brandon coordinated with me every step of the way and set my mind at ease and really gave me confidence that the move was going to go without any issues. I called about a month in advance to schedule for some people to come help me pack boxes and to pack a POD I had reserved a few days later. They were incredibly efficient and very professional. They wrapped all of my fragile dish ware and kitchen items into boxes and packed furniture and assorted items to make the most of my POD. It truly saved me so much stress, time, and money to be able to use every space effectively. If I was moving locally I would have used them for that service as well. After each job I was called to make sure I was satisfied and that extra level of attention was a great addition to the service. Couldn’t have done it all without them.

These guys took great care packing everything at my house. They marked all the boxes and unloaded everything into storage efficiently. Will be using them again.

I thank Brandon and his Team. My parents move was at a time thats been very stressful. We couldn’t have done it with out them. My mom is not a very easy person to please, and she was well pleased! I think we used about every service they offered and they exceeded in all of them. They were easy to Contact, showed up on the day scheduled on time. Stayed until the job was done. Any problem Brandon was easy to contact and returned my calls right away. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Any future moves they will be the first we call.

The movers were quick and precise, they came with a truck that had tons of space. Even when my i had problems with my storage unit they were patient and worked with me.
