The 3 movers were excellent. They disassembled the furniture and desks and individually wrapped each piece in a shipping blanket. The estimate was for 4.5 hours but the movers were meticulously, friendly and always assured me with my every request, that everything will be taken care of to my satisfaction and it was. The actual time was 12 hours. The destination house had a narrow staircase and they managed to not scratch and wall. We gave them a nice tip. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

From Brandon answering my call to the two guys who did the move, it couldn't have been simpler or gone more smoothly. Will definitely call again if/when we need to move stuff!

Pack Mule wrapped the furniture, put down floor protection, put furniture where we requested at new location. Went way beyond expectation on heavy items. Took care not to bump into the walls. Could not think of doing the move any better.

Brandon and his team helped me move from KY to MN. They did an excellent job packing things carefully and thoughtfully. Everything arrived in great condition. The whole team was courteous and respectful. I always felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend this team!

I just so happened to Google a moving company and found packed mule moving I am so glad that I called Brandon who was excellent over the phone in giving me all the information I needed and after comparing multiple moving companies the prices you just cannot be Now that's not just the beginning when the guys showed up to actually complete my move they gently wrapped every piece of equipment and furniture that was in my home to be moved with care they worked expediently and they worked professionally and very efficient I had a lot of heavy stuff and within 2 hours they had everything loaded and already moved to my next destination I would recommend pack mu to everyone if you've never used them I highly recommend them and this review is being completed on March the 15th trust when I say it's the best company around!!!!!

Highly recommend Pack Mule Moving! It was easy to book, the guys showed up on time, worked like crazy, and were very accommodating of request to move certain items certain places. They were unloading only, one part was to a condo and the second was to a storage unit and with their help, everything went to plan. While we're in Louisville, they are top of the list for any additional moves!

Pack mule were great managing my move. The price was reasonable, and they moved quickly to quote and book. On moving day they came through and everything went off without a hitch. Brandon is a great guy and goes the extra mile. 10/10 would use them again.

We absolutely were so impressed with our movers , Howard Hankin and Jeremiah Johnson that we asked them back for a second move . We were met with a smile and good attitude even in the heat, flights of stairs and me adding stuff at the last minute . They were very efficient and wasted no time on the clock . I hired Pack Mule for a long distance move. Their price quote was very reasonable so I decided to hire them. The movers were very polite, and were patient when there was an issue moving in a piece furniture. They did a brilliant job moving everything into my new place.

After looking into bigger named national moving companies and not being impressed, we found Pack Mule. These guys were amazing on moving day, took care of all our items, and answered all our questions along the way. We were pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t want to use anyone else!
