Absolutely amazing experience! I would definitely book again. The team was nice and carefully moved my items.

I have used Pack Mule Moving repeatedly for moving furniture between houses and within a house. They are excellent. Always professional, courteous, and careful with items. They are always on time and communication is excellent.

Would use again! Andrew and Jeremiah were great had our unit moved and put away so quickly!

The Pack Mule team that moved us were outstanding! Jeremiah, Dustin and Andrew worked tirelessly with us for 3 of the hottest days of the year - never complaining, and extremely careful with both our items and our homes. Alain was part of the team on day 1 and he seemed to fit right in. I’ve moved over 12 times and this is by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had.

The Team was professional and worked well together. Andrew and Jeremiah were very personable. They wrapped everything and there were no scuffs on the walls. Thank you for your help! We highly recommend Pack Mule.

Scheduling the work couldn't have been easier. Jeremiah and Sean were very respectful and skilled in packing my POD. I will be requesting them for my next job!

I've used other movers in Louisville, and Pack Mule Moving is a league above all others. They took care of my furniture better than I would tbh. They were fast, careful, courteous, and friendly. Getting setup for the service was easy and nice too. Pack Mule Moving is my go to for moving services now.

Movers arrived on time. They were very curious, took care to safe guard ALM the belongings. When moving from the truck into the storage in the rain they even covered everything in blankets to keep it all dry. Thank you

Our move could not have gone any better. The three men we had were amazing and super friendly. We ABSOLUTELY will use them again. You should too!

I have moved 7 times in the last 10 years with 4 of them being long distance. Brandon and his team moved me from Lousiville to SC and were by far the best! Everything was efficient and my belongings were handled with care. Would not hesitate to use them!

The guys were courteous and fast. This is the second time we’ve used them and would recommend them to others.

We’ve used this moving company three times and have had three great experiences. I would highly highly recommend them.

Everything was protected very well. The movers were very professional and very careful with the items being moved and with my property. They were accommodating and worked very well together. They were productive and created a very good moving experience.

Shout out to Jeremiah and Sean for a job well done... no complaints here. I highly recommend Pack Mule for your next move. God Bless 🙏

I can’t say enough about how professional and efficient this team was during our recent 2 home move. They were kind and treated our things with great care. They were punctual and did not waste any time. I highly recommend them and will use them for our future moves!

Very professional...and on time! Would definitely use again!!
