Jeremiah and Howard(i think was his name)were absolutely wonderful. They were quick, caring, and just a pleasure to work with.

We absolutely were so impressed with our movers , Howard Hankin and Jeremiah Johnson that we asked them back for a second move . We were met with a smile and good attitude even in the heat, flights of stairs and me adding stuff at the last minute . They were very efficient and wasted no time on the clock . I would recommend them to any one needing movers . As a matter of fact, I will recommend them and post them on my Facebook business page I’m so impressed .

I hired Pack Mule for a long distance move. Their price quote was very reasonable so I decided to hire them. The movers were very polite, and were patient when there was an issue moving in a piece furniture. They did a brilliant job moving everything into my new place.

After looking into bigger named national moving companies and not being impressed, we found Pack Mule. These guys were amazing on moving day, took care of all our items, and answered all our questions along the way. We were pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t want to use anyone else!

Everyone involved was incredibly friendly, patient, accommodating, professional, efficient, and thorough. Jeremiah + Howard are my new favourite people, even if they left me feeling lazy after they refused most of my help and hospitality while they were hauling and sweating. At least they let me help a little with the unloading end of the process (I am not accustomed to being helped so thoroughly and certainly not without participation and assumption of responsibility for labour parts of any task. So, to be clear, this is all meant as a grateful acknowledgement of excellent service Jeremiah + Howard provided. soon as we got started, they asked all the right questions in the right order (and how to handle my atypical / annoying alternative replies to yes/no questions). Every single interaction with anyone at Pack Mule has been the epitome of warmth, courtesy, and professional manner. I appreciate the extra care taken with my things as well as the graciousness while accomodating all the details I requested from you. Extra special thanks to Howard and Jeremiah for the personal transport between locations and Jeremiah’s excellent (impressive!) handling of that unwieldy truck around town. I have only one minor issue: I tried to add a tip to my credit card transaction but it wouldn’t work (would not submit the tip transaction). I would like to provide a well-deserved tip to my new favourite people if possible. Thanks to everyone

Hired this company to move my Wife and I into our new house. The two gentlemen that came were without a doubt the best movers I have ever had. They arrived on time. Anything we asked them to do they did without any hesitation. Took apart our bed, disconnected our washer and dryer, and reconnected everything once we arrived at the new place. They had us completely moved from Etown to Bowling Green in less than 8 hours and we had their truck completely packed full too. My wife and I were almost feeling guilty that we at times had nothing to do but sit back and watch them work. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need to move then this is the first company you should contact!!
