Pack Mule Moving packed and moved us from Kentucky to Ohio. I called and talked to Brandon and he came out that week to give us an estimate. He was able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Howard and Jeremiah came out and helped us get everything done as quickly and easily as possible. They are experienced, hard-working, and trustworthy. They are also kind. They went above and beyond what we expected. Antique furniture was wrapped in a layer of moving blankets, taped tightly together, then covered in cling wrap. When they unloaded everything, they padded the front door and trim around the door with blankets so they wouldn’t be scratched. We had one table still in the box from Wayfair and they even put it together for us! Moving is never fun, but they made it as easy as possible.

Brandon Roberts & crew are true professionals. They were punctual, handled everything with great care and were courteous throughout. The loading/packing was extremely efficient and the move was seamless. Nothing was damaged as our 26’ truck was loaded efficiently, securely & every item strategically placed and properly balanced. The truck was packed so well, everyone complimented how well it was packed when unloading at my new location. Highly recommended Pack Mule Moving!

I had a great experience using Pack Mule for my recent move. The team was efficient, friendly, and took care in making the process smooth. They were careful to wrap and protect all my furniture. Communication was excellent—both beforehand and during the move—and they were responsive to any requests I had. Compared to some of the big-name national chains I’ve used in the past, this felt more personal and attentive. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional local moving company.

Really nice, affordable, and quick. I would definitely use them again.

Thank You Dustin and Andrew! Excellent and on Task. Thank You

They were so friendly and nice. We have used them twice now

Jeremiah and Ty were excellent!! They were kind, happy, extremely conscientious about preparing our furniture first before loading it. They were very hard workers and listened carefully to our needs. Brandon the owner was super helpful and thorough as well with scheduling our job.

We booked pack mule movers for a move to TN. They were absolutely wonderful. The men were courteous and wonderful to work with on the move. Brandon answered all my questions and was a great help. Great company.

Our experience with Pack Mule Moving was fantastic. The men were on time, professional, and hard workers. Nothing was broken either which was great!

Absolutely fantastic job! I’ve used several moving companies over the years and this one is one of my favorites! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers! The pricing is reasonable, the movers quick and efficient!

This is our third time using Pack Mule Moving and every experience has been wonderful. Great guys willing to help and go the extra distance to make it easy for you. I highly recommend them!

The 3 movers were excellent. They disassembled the furniture and desks and individually wrapped each piece in a shipping blanket. The estimate was for 4.5 hours but the movers were meticulously, friendly and always assured me with my every request, that everything will be taken care of to my satisfaction and it was. The actual time was 12 hours. The destination house had a narrow staircase and they managed to not scratch and wall. We gave them a nice tip. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

From Brandon answering my call to the two guys who did the move, it couldn't have been simpler or gone more smoothly. Will definitely call again if/when we need to move stuff!

Pack Mule wrapped the furniture, put down floor protection, put furniture where we requested at new location. Went way beyond expectation on heavy items. Took care not to bump into the walls. Could not think of doing the move any better.

Brandon and his team helped me move from KY to MN. They did an excellent job packing things carefully and thoughtfully. Everything arrived in great condition. The whole team was courteous and respectful. I always felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend this team!

Great crew came out packed us up and moved super fast. Would highly recommend you look into them for a fax local move.
