This business has great communication. Everyone was courteous and treated my belongings carefully. I have used them twice now, and I plan to use them in the future.

I have moved around a lot in the past and have had my fair share of great movers to horrible experiences. This move with Pack Mule Moving is hands down the best experience I have ever, EVER had!!! Howard and Jeremiah were amazing! Honestly, I don’t feel like there’s a word to describe their work ethic and professionalism. They treated my new home as if it were their own. They worked endlessly until the move was complete - overcoming any obstacles without even an eye roll. If you are looking for movers this is truly a one-of-kind company. You won’t regret it.

I’m late to posting but I’m a mom of 4, I used them for my move & I asked if they would tell me when they walked in the house if they smelled something off, as soon as the owner walked in he said ‘ I smell gas ‘ we ended up not staying the night at the house due to the gas smell. I had lg&e come out the next morning & we had a gas leak & a carbon monoxide leak! These people saved our lives & did an amazing job with the move, I will forever be grateful.

This is my second time using Pack Mule Moving and they NEVER disappoint!! Howard and Jeremiah were so professional and ensured all of my items were handled with care. I love that they remembered moving me in to my apartment 3 years ago! All three gentlemen (including Brandon) are very personable and conversed with me throughout the move. My movers disassemble and assemble all items as they packed and unpacked the trunk. I appreciate them over estimate my job to ensure there were no surprise cost at the end! It felt great for them to celebrate my move with me and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends! Thank you for all your hard work! (Ps the ice-cream recommendation was just as good as the service!!)

Couldn’t be happier with my move. The guys were professional, polite, hard working and attentive. I even threw in a curve ball and asked for an unload of a few items at a storage unit before getting to the final destination and they did so seemingly without a second thought. All items were handled with care and they even boxed up my TV with their own box to a point that seemed like overkill. Can’t go wrong with these guys!

Mr Brandon drove from Louisville on a last minute notice. He was extremely professional and charged a very decent price!! Highly recommend!!!!
