Jeremiah and Dustin were our movers for the day. They were fantastic, they did a great job and were very professional. Brandon facilitated the move and was a pleasure to deal with. He stopped by during the move to check in with us. We are super satisfied with the whole process. We thank you guys profusely and cannot recommend Pack Mule Moving highly enough.

Pack Mule movers are fantastic! I found Pack Mule after struggling with a large local company who gouged my walls and broke two pieces of furniture! Brandon and his team were gentle with my furniture and my new floors. They did not damage a thing and had no problem navigating my very small L-shaped stairwell. They are professional and experienced. It is obvious they care about the work they do. I would give them higher than a five if I could.

For anyone hates reading long reviews, in short, I highly recommend this moving company. Compare with 8 moving companies we had in the past years, they are the best. Last time we had movers this good was 7 years ago. From my experience, moving not only just physical work, also need to put in thoughts to be done efficiently. They arrived on time, the job was done fast, loading truck was space-efficient and everything tied up nothing slide-around (professional). I know many moving companies put smaller boxes into big box, but what they did differently was - they roughly categorized them so electrics stay together, tools stay together etc. As a result, after my stuff moved to the new place they are more organized. When holding the door open to unload truck at the new place, the management people gave them a hard time. I know when Brandon decided how to move in he did take other party's needs into consideration as well. Not only his communication turned the conversation friendly, after staring for awhile the management person was impressed by how fast the moving job was done and asking for the their business card. In my opinion, coming up with a plan about the order and route of items to move on the spot is also called professional, because most of movers don't know what new place look like until they arrive. Last, responsive - at the day I was looking for moving companies, 3 went to voicemail, 1 person answered. Brandon called me back less than 5 mins after I left voicemail, and some never returned my call. Hopefully this is enough information to help others make decisions.

Brandon and his guys were awesome! I was reluctant to use a mover thinking I could still do it myself. I'm am SOOO glad I didn't! They not only moved my house, but stopped at my storage unit and cleared it as well. 1 trip to the new home! They were promptly on time at 8 in the morning. Busted their butts and worked in heavy rain even to get the job done. I can't recommend then enough. Thanks guys, you were great and saved an old man from killing himself!

Pack Mule is the best moving company I have ever had in my life! Brandon was hilarious! He was so fun, sweet, understanding, and very patient. He was so considerate, he understood the feelings of moving my mom into her next chapter of life and was so courteous. They were quick efficient, careful and very hard working. They wrapped everything extremely well and nothing was broken. I highly recommend them as a moving company and if I ever need to move they will be the only company that I will call. By the time they were done to us they were family ❤️

We had 4 very large / heavy pieces of furniture moved from one floor to another. Pack Mule was extremely responsive, worked within my schedule and was very reasonably priced compared to the competition. The guys were on time, very polite and professional. They wrapped each piece of furniture to protect it. They were knowledgeable of ways to maneuver large pieces to get them through tricky openings. They were always mindful of walls, door facings and ceiling fans. Very professional! I would definitely recommend them!!

Wife and I had trouble packing our moving truck and called these guys late in the afternoon. They were able to get three guys over to the house first thing in the morning. The guys loaded the truck and we were able to leave when we originally planned. Had it not been for them we would probably still be trying to pack the truck to this day. Thanks guys!!!

We used Brandon and his crew to move the furniture out of our rooms onto his trailer so that our hardwood floors could be refinished. They were on time, fast, and reasonably priced! The move went so smooth! When the time comes to move again, I will not hesitate to get them to come back....You guys were awesome!

Highly recommend! They really helped us out of a difficult situation in moving our new (261-lb.) double-sink vanity into our remodeled bathroom from our garage, plus arrived the same day we called to ask about if they could assist. They seemed very experienced and had the right equipment, plus took care & added padding to prevent damaging vanity, flooring, door frames, walls, etc.
