Pack Mule is the best moving company I have ever had in my life! Brandon was hilarious! He was so fun, sweet, understanding, and very patient. He was so considerate, he understood the feelings of moving my mom into her next chapter of life and was so courteous. They were quick efficient, careful and very hard working. They wrapped everything extremely well and nothing was broken. I highly recommend them as a moving company and if I ever need to move they will be the only company that I will call. By the time they were done to us they were family ❤️

We had 4 very large / heavy pieces of furniture moved from one floor to another. Pack Mule was extremely responsive, worked within my schedule and was very reasonably priced compared to the competition. The guys were on time, very polite and professional. They wrapped each piece of furniture and transported them with care putting them exactly where I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend Pack Mule! Returning customer for sure! Thank you guys!

They wrapped each piece of furniture to protect it. They were knowledgeable of ways to maneuver large pieces to get them through tricky openings. They were always mindful of walls, door facings and ceiling fans. Very professional! I would definitely recommend them!!

Wife and I had trouble packing our moving truck and called these guys late in the afternoon. They were able to get three guys over to the house first thing in the morning. The guys loaded the truck and we were able to leave when we originally planned. Had it not been for them we would probably still be trying to pack the truck to this day. Thanks guys!!!

We used Brandon and his crew to move the furniture out of our rooms onto his trailer so that our hardwood floors could be refinished. They were on time, fast, and reasonably priced! The move went so smooth! When the time comes to move again, I will not hesitate to get them to come back....You guys were awesome!

Highly recommend! They really helped us out of a difficult situation in moving our new (261-lb.) double-sink vanity into our remodeled bathroom from our garage, plus arrived the same day we called to ask about if they could assist. They seemed very experienced and had the right equipment, plus took care & added padding to prevent damaging vanity, flooring, door frames, walls, etc.

Brandon and his crew are amazing! We have used them twice and would recommend them for any job big or small. They showed up on time, we’re extremely careful and completed the job in a timely manner. Our first move we had to store everything in a storage unit they helped us organize the storage unit so that everything would fit in one unit which was great because it saved us money. Our second move we moved into our new house. The movers were so careful not to hit our walls or doors. I really appreciated how respectful the movers are. They were careful with our items and our home. I have already recommended them to several family members and friends

I’m qualified to review Pack Mules based on my most recent experience which was critical for our family’s cross-country move to the Seattle, WA area. It all started with my initial phone call to Pack Mules. Brandon answered (on the weekend AND at the lake) and he walked me through their whole process. Sufficed to say, he put me on the schedule to load our U-Haul, and we made it to WA as planned without a single broken item.
