I just moved in town, and needed help moving my 2 bedrooms and various items from storage to my new appartment. I contacted them, and with short notice had the help and assistance to do it all in short amount of time. While at the storage unit, the two gentlwman assisted in rearranging what was left in an orderly way . Moved two many times in my life, i only wish i had found them years ago

Packmule was recommended by several of our daughters friends that had used them and were very pleased. We have used Packmule twice in the past 6 months. The first time to move to our new home. They moved, and set everything up as we asked. The guys all have a positive attitude and are helpful. No damage to our belongings or to either home. We then brought them back to move items from storage to our new home. Again the same great service. Both moves were at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

I had 6 companies give me bids on a long distance move. Brandon sent me his bid very simple easy to understand. The bid was not the highest or lowest bid. I looked up packmules reviews and all the others and there is a clause in all the other bids about how much is paid if something gets broke. Brandon assured me he would take all precautions plus if it was his guys that my items were broken by he would make it right. We thought about it hard because hhI I had another company a little cheaper with 5 star rating as well, but the guys that came to do the bid were salesmen not the movers. We were set on them. Something kept telling us to change my mind and schedule packmule. We Have DONT regret it. Brandon showed up with his crew Joe(goose) Samual and Sams Dad ( can’t remember his name). They came in took the tour and I told them please mark the boxes a certain way.They got their equipment they needed and wasted no time. They were so down to earth and we joked and laughed but at the same time very professionally did their job. When we were done at the old condo there was nothing left. We swept and mopped behind them and left. They packed everything so cautiously and didn’t skimp on any packing supplies they were totally concerned about our property arriving without damage. I’m so glad to say that we have put away most of our sentimental pieces and they were well packed and secure. I have moved 11 time and had different movers the last time was the worst. I will vouch for this company they are awesome. If I move again I will pay for them to come to Troy, Ohio to move us. Brandon thumbs up. My lease ended today, I scheduled with another company but they couldn’t fall through due to their truck breaking down. I called literally every company listed and NO one had any availability I almost gave up searching but I came across Pack Mule Moving, and gave them a call when Brandon called back it sure made my day!!!! At the last minute he took the time out of his day to gather two workers, and got them out quickly the services were superb for it to be under such short notice and the workers he sent was very polite and caring with my belongings. He could’ve been like the other companies and said we won’t be able to do it until Monday or Tuesday because it’s late notice; however, he fell through I will be using them in the future. Brandon and his team were absolutely wonderful!!! We couldn't have done it without them. Showed up on time and more than prepared to help us load our moving truck. They went above and beyond to make sure the truck was loaded properly and were extremely respectful of our furniture and personal belongings. My husband and I ended up needing an additional 12 ft. trailer and Brandon ran my husband up to the rental company to help him get this with his truck! Did I mention "Above and beyond!!!" We would hire them again and again and recommend them to anyone hands down! Thank you Brandon and team!

These guys did above and beyond for my mother who was moving.. without them it would have taking me days to move her. Excellent service
